On Sunday morning, June 9th, 2025, I woke up at dawn with the familiar excitement I always feel before a special event. This time, I had the pleasure of cooking a private breakfast for Bimpe Adesoji and her friends, in a cozy and elegant villa in Balotești, just outside Bucharest.

⏰ Early start for a perfect service
To have everything ready by the requested time — 8:30 AM — I arrived at the villa around 5:00 AM. Bimpe kindly offered to open the door herself, which I truly appreciated.
The kitchen was well-equipped, just as promised, with everything I needed to prepare a full warm breakfast on-site, fresh and elegant, just as the moment deserved.
🍽️ The Menu – Elegant, Colorful, and Balanced
I carefully curated each dish to strike a perfect balance between taste, color, and texture. Here’s the full menu I served that morning:

As a thoughtful gesture requested by the client, I also included a birthday candle — a small but meaningful way to mark the celebration with warmth and elegance.
🤝 Not just food — it’s about people
One of the highlights of this event was the connection. The ladies were very social, friendly, and full of energy. We had great conversations, shared laughs, and even took photos together.
These are the moments that remind me why I love being a private chef. It’s not just about cooking or plating — it’s about the stories, the people, and the shared joy that comes with a well-crafted experience.

The villa in Balotești offered a calm, refined setting — perfect for this type of private breakfast. With plenty of kitchen space and natural light, it allowed me to set everything up efficiently and comfortably.
