I’m Florin Voicu. My life in the kitchen began at sixteen, and it has taken me from the intimacy of a private dinner to the organisation and precision of large celebrations.
For me, a memorable meal starts with listening. Your tastes, your guests and the setting shape the menu — then I bring the ingredients, technique and care to make it yours.

I am based in Bucharest and accept bookings throughout Romania and outside the country. For travel and destination events, we agree availability, transport, accommodation where needed and on-site requirements as part of your proposal.
How much does a private chef experience cost?
Each quote is tailored to your guest count, menu, location and service requirements. Share your plans and an indicative budget, if you have one, and I will prepare a proposal with the agreed inclusions.
Can the menu accommodate preferences and allergies?
Menus are personalised around your preferences. Please tell me about allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements before we agree the menu, so we can discuss suitable dishes and what can be accommodated in your kitchen or venue.
What do you need from my kitchen?
We review your kitchen space and available equipment in advance. Depending on the menu and setting, preparation can be organised across my kitchen and your location, with additional equipment arranged where required.
Can you handle large events and provide logistics?
Yes. Alongside intimate dining, I cater for large celebrations and corporate occasions, with my own event equipment and logistical resources. Staffing, equipment and the scope of service are confirmed for each event.
Can I book a partner venue or give an experience as a gift?
Yes. We can explore a suitable partner venue, or plan a private dining experience as a gift. The location, menu, date and any gift arrangements are agreed individually before booking.
How do I secure my date?
Contact me to check availability. Once we agree the menu and proposal, a deposit is required to secure the date. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be stated in your personalised offer.
Can we arrange a tasting or regular meal preparation?
Tastings can be arranged for larger events for an additional fee. For meal preparation at home, we agree your preferences, schedule, portions and kitchen requirements before the first visit.
